Launch Checklist

Webinar

• Set the real webinar date & time (edit the "Webinar" Live Control: dateLabel, timeLabel, dateTime, announced).
• Add the live webinar access URL (accessUrl in the Webinar Live Control) — the /webinar/live page activates automatically.
• Add the replay video URL after the webinar (replayUrl) — the /webinar/replay page embeds it automatically.

Email & CRM

• Connect your email platform and load the 9-email webinar sequence below (registrations already flow into your Estage CRM contacts with source tags in the message).
• Create the CRM tags and pipeline stages listed below, and wire the automations (register → tags + Email 1; attended vs no-show branches).
• Set up the admin notification for new registrations — subject: "New CoachTyZone Webinar Registration".

Commerce

• Connect a payment gateway and create products in the CRM (none exist yet) — then order forms/checkouts for programs, courses and coaching can be built.
• Provide pricing and enrollment details for each program, the Movement Academy and the courses.
• Provide purchase links for the books "Transformation By Design" and "Art Above Water" (Books page currently shows "Purchase link coming soon").

Content & Media

• Provide real photos of CoachTy (hero, about page, coaching page) — the site currently uses licensed generic movement imagery, and no fake likeness was generated.
• Provide your logo file if you have one — the header currently uses a styled "CoachTyZone" wordmark.
• Provide testimonials/results you have permission to use — none were invented, so none appear yet.
• Blog: the platform blog module is temporarily unavailable, so /blog currently shows the 12 topic areas honestly as "coming soon". Once the module is available, real posts can be published.
• Provide affiliate products/links for the Affiliates page (currently shows "Recommendations coming soon" + full disclosure).

Platform

• Confirm the community at community.coachtyzone.com is live and open for signups (linked throughout the site).
• Connect the coachtyzone.com domain and publish when ready.
• Review the five legal pages (Privacy, Terms, Refund, Disclaimer, Affiliate Disclosure) — solid starting drafts, but have them reviewed for your jurisdiction.
